C/VA <br />Contractors' General Liability Extension Endorsement <br />f. add the following definitions: <br />Health care incident means an ad, error or omission by the Named Insured's employees or <br />volunteer workers in the rendering of: <br />a. professional healthcare services on behalf of the Named Insured or <br />b. Good Samaritan services rendered in an emergency and for which no payment is demanded or <br />received. <br />Professional health care services means any health care services or the related furnishing of food, <br />beverages, medical supplies or appliances by the following providers in their capacity as such but solely <br />to the extent they are duly licensed as required: <br />a. Physician; <br />b. Nurse; <br />c. Nurse practitioner; <br />d. Emergency medical technician; <br />e. Paramedic <br />f. Dentist; <br />g. Physical therapist; <br />h. Psychologist; <br />i. Speech therapist; <br />j. Other allied health professional; or <br />Professional health care services does not include any services rendered in connection with human <br />clinical trials or product testing. <br />IL delete the definition of occurrence and replace it with the following: <br />Occurrence means a health care incident.
