This Order shall commence upon the Order Effective Date and shall continue for an initial term of twenty-four (24) months ("Initial Term"). S. FEES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. The Fees for the Services shall be subject to the terms set forth in Section 4 of the Agreement. 5.1 No reports will be sold under this Order. 5.2 Annual Fee. Parties agree and understand that services were provided by Provider to Agency for the period of November 1, 2021 through the effective date of this Order, which are subject to the terms of the Agreement. Payment for those services shall be compensated by Agency in accordance with the Agreement in the amount of Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-two Dollars and 55/100 ($19,752.55), which provides for services through October 31, 2022. This Annual Fee shall be invoiced at the effective date of this Order. For the period of November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023, the Fee shall be Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Dollars and 18/100 ($20,740.18). The Annual Fee shall be invoiced at the beginning of each Renewal Term and according to the Agreement. The total amount for the license fees for the period of November 1, 2021 through October 31, 2023 shall not exceed Forty Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Two Dollars and 73/100 ($40,492.73).
