Council directed staff to return with more comparisons of local and national cities on <br />policies of ceremonial street toppers and associated costs. <br />Moved by Voting Member Hernandez, seconded by Voting Member Bacerra to <br />continue item and direct staff to bring the item back with two options: one that <br />includes the fees and one that excludes the fees.
