Said fee shall be assessed in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for the costs actually incurred by the City based upon a rate of $107.91 per hour but in no case shall be less than $107.91. OSHPD CERTIFICATION FEE Whenever plans are submitted for the construction of specialized medical clinics which require by law certification of compliance with requirements set forth by the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD-3 certification), a building permit fee will be paid to the Building Official equivalent to 1% of the construction valuation. An additional plan check fee equivalent to 0.65% of the construction valuation will be paid to the Building Official at the time plans are submitted for plan check. This fee does not preclude other applicable fees which are normally assessed by the City. RESEARCH AND PROCESSING FEES (ALTERNATE MATERIALS/MODIFICATIONS) Whenever the Building Official is requested to approve alternate materials or methods of construction in accordance with the Building Code, Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code or the Administrative Code provisions for the Electrical Code.
