5.1 Counterparts. This Consent may be executed in two or more <br />counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together <br />shall constitute and be construed as one and the same instrument. <br />5.2 Remedies Cumulative; Joint and Several. All remedies which <br />Lender may have against Lessee provided herein, if any, are cumulative and shall <br />be in addition to any and all other rights and remedies provided by law and by other <br />agreements between Lessor and Lessee or others. <br />5.3 Successor and Assigns.
