The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2021-250 ("Agreement") dated December 6, 2021, <br />to retain Provider to provide ballet and creative movement classes in the City's recreation class <br />program. <br />B. The Agreement is current and in -effect through December 31, 2022. <br />C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to expand the scope to include Hip -Hop dance <br />classes. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 1, Scope of Services, is hereby amended to include Hip -Hop dance classes as further described <br />in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />2.
