This is a reinforcement of coverage intent and has no impact on coverage. <br />CG 24 04 Waiver Of Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To Us (Waiver Of Subrogation) <br />This endorsement is revised to address various situations where the insured has agreed to waive its right of recovery <br />against another person or organization and adds a provision to reinforce that the waiver of the insurer applies only to <br />the extent that the insured has waived its right of recovery, and that the insured's waiver occurred prior to loss. Other <br />editorial revisions have also been made. These changes have no impact on coverage. <br />CG 24 53 Waiver Of Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To Us (Waiver Of Subrogation) - Automatic <br />When this endorsement is attached to your policy, it will automatically waive the insurer's right of recovery on a blanket <br />basis to the extent the insured has waived its right of recovery in a written contract or agreement. Attachment of this <br />endorsement does not impact coverage. <br />CG 99 09 Premium Audit Noncompliance Charge <br />When this endorsement is attached to your policy, it may apply a premium audit noncompliance charge and/or a <br />reassessment charge if you do not cooperate with a premium audit at the end of the policy period as provided in the <br />Premium Audit Condition in your policy.
