Event Conditional Exclusion <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Policy No. FLM1084498-00 <br />Effective Date: 06/18/2022 <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the: <br />Commercial General Liability Coverage Part <br />A. The following exclusion is added to Paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I — Coverage A — Bodily Injury And <br />Property Damage Liability and Paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I — Coverage B — Personal And Advertising <br />Injury Liability: <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />Events <br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of, resulting from or otherwise <br />relating in whole or in part to, any "event'. <br />This exclusion does not apply if such "event' is specifically declared by you to us and accepted by us, and <br />coverage for the "event' is added to this Coverage Part by endorsement. <br />B. Solely with respect to this endorsement, the following definition is added to the Definitions Section: <br />"Event" means the following: <br />a. Circus; <br />b. Carnival; <br />c. Motorized sporting event; <br />d. Tractor or truck pull; <br />e. Boxing, wrestling, hockey or martial arts activity, whether professional or amateur; <br />f. Rodeo or roping event; <br />g. Pre -production, production or post -production of any film, television, video or related production activity; or <br />h.
