13. Unauthorized instructions to transfer property to any person or to any place outside the premises; <br />14. Unexplained or mysterious disappearance, or shortage found upon taking of inventory. <br />E. Who Is An Insured <br />The following are "insureds" under this coverage form: <br />1. You; and <br />2. If you are an individual, your spouse, but only with respect to the conduct of a business of which you are the sole <br />owner. <br />3. If you are a partnership or joint venture, your members, your partners, and their spouses, but only with respect to <br />the conduct of your business. <br />4. If you are a limited liability company: <br />a. Your members, but only with respect to the conduct of your business; and <br />b. Your managers, but only with respect to their duties as your managers. <br />5. If you are an organization other than a partnership, joint venture or limited liability company: <br />a. Your "executive officers" and directors, but only with respect to their duties as your officers or directors; and <br />b. Your stockholders, but only with respect to their liability as stockholders. <br />6. If you are a trust, your trustees, but only with respect to their duties as trustees. <br />7. Your "employees", other than either your "executive officers" (if you are an organization other than a partnership, <br />joint venture or limited liability company) or your managers (if you are a limited liability company), but only for acts <br />within the scope of their employment by you or while performing duties related to the conduct of your business. <br />8. Your "volunteer worker" or any other person under your direct control, but only while performing duties related to <br />the conduct of your business. <br />F. Limit Of Insurance <br />The most we will pay for loss or damage in any one occurrence is the Limit Of Insurance shown in the Declarations for <br />Third Party Property Damage Coverage. <br />G. Deductible <br />1. Our obligation to pay for loss or damage applies only to the amount of loss or damage in excess of the deductible <br />amount shown in the Declarations for Third Party Property Damage Coverage. <br />2. The deductible amount shown in the Declarations applies to all loss or damage as the result of any one <br />occurrence, regardless of the number of persons or organizations who sustain loss or damage because of that <br />occurrence. <br />3. The deductible does not apply to any claim for loss of use of property covered under paragraph C. Coverage <br />Extension — Loss Of Use of this coverage form. <br />4. We may pay any part or all of the deductible amount to effect settlement of any claim or "suit' and, upon <br />notification of the action taken, you shall promptly reimburse us for such part of the deductible amount as has <br />been paid by us. <br />H. Definitions <br />1. "Employee" includes a "leased worker" or a "temporary worker". <br />"Employee" also includes any other person, including but not limited to cast members and production crew, who is <br />subject to: <br />a. Your guidance, instruction or direction; or <br />b.
