The Applicant must remain in compliance with <br />all condition(s) listed below: <br /> <br />The applicant shall install a bronze plaque honoring and recognizing the <br />structure at 2302 N. Heliotrope Drive, historically known as the W.W. Woods- <br />Ellerbroek House. The plaque shall include the historic name, address, year <br />built, and local historic register designation.
