H. Large Scale- Debris removal service cost, unpermitted encampments. Cost of <br />heavy equipment that include but may not be limited to Track Loaders, Truck and semi- <br />end dump trailer combinations, Water trucks, High Reach fork-lifts, Stake bed trucks, <br />backhoes, skip loaders, tractors, and additional service trucks and machinery to assist. <br />Evaluation and analysis will be based on submittal of proposal and all identified costs, <br />including any and all costs related to collect and dispose items. <br />I.
