Meet your gamechangers… <br />Project Team – Key Personnel <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Jay has over 34 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. In 1986, Jay started <br />J.O.S. Projection Systems, Inc. which provided integrated system solutions to a <br />diverse clientele. Some of these clients included: NASA, JPL, Intel, Hughes, Motorola, <br />Northrop, Charles Schwab, as well as all branches of the military. With offices in Los <br />Angeles, San Diego and Phoenix, J.O.S. primarily served the Southwestern U.S. In <br />1998, J.O.S. was acquired by the largest audiovisual company in the U.S. to transition <br />them into the System Integration business. As part of the sale, Jay remained on <br />board until 2001 as Vice-President of Systems Integration Group. Jay is an alumni of <br />Pepperdine University, where in his senior year, he was drafted by the Oakland <br />Athletics. His career with the A’s lasted three years at which time he began his career <br />outside of baseball in the mainframe division of National Semiconductor. Jay left <br />National Semiconductor in 1986 to start J.O.S. Projection Systems, Inc. <br /> <br /> Steve has over 26 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. Steve started out <br />with J.O.S. Projection Systems in 1994 and was part of the group that was acquired <br />by MCSi in 1998. While there, he ran the most successful region in the company. He <br />has worked as a System Designer, Salesperson, Project Manager and Regional <br />Manager in the AV industry. His experience working on large, high-profile projects <br />has impressed industry peers as well as clients. Due to his broad technical <br />knowledge, Steve has the ability to solve complex integration challenges. The key <br />phrase “Experience is Golden” certainly applies to him, and gives his clients the <br />greatest benefit of all. Steve graduated with a Business Administration degree from <br />San Diego State University and began his career with the San Diego Padres as a <br />Project Manager in the Stadium Operations Department, acting as a liaison between <br />the Padres, Major League Baseball, the City of San Diego and Service America. <br />Steve’s client list includes, but is not limited to: Northrop Grumman, Intuit, Children’s <br />Hospital of Los Angeles, University of California Riverside, County of San Bernardino <br />and County of San Diego. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Council 34 –17 6/21/2022
