Broader Coverage, if Contractor maintains broader.00verage and/or higher <br />units than the minimums shown abovq Ito City requires and shall be <br />'tied to the broader coverage, anNor the higher limits maintained by the <br />ontractor. Any available insurance proceeds in crews of the specified <br />initnum: Umhs of insurance and coverage shall be available to the City. <br />b.
