In addition, Neutral Ground has highly -skilled Community Intervention Workers that provide street <br />outreach and first responder services to the community. Referrals come from withing SAUSD school's counselors, <br />teachers, and other staff. Referrals are also chanelled from the Court, juvenile hall, and other partnerships. The <br />intervention services are offered 7 days a week with most students accessing services at least weekly. <br />Programming, services, and interventions are offered in multiple, tiered ways in order to most directly affect the <br />student. Group programming isoffered after -school in the forms of group mentoring, restorative justice circles, <br />community service, special presentations and events. Prevention services start from the age of 5 working into <br />mediation/intervention mentorship up participants of the age of 24. As Covid restrictions have been reduced, <br />field trips, outings and more activities are part of the program's plan. As well as conducting more home visits. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
