Clinical <br />services include assessments, individual and family therapy, case management, treatment planning, discharge <br />planning and safety planning. Legal Advocacy services include assessment of domestic violence -related legal <br />issues, education about legal rights and resources available to survivors, direct assistance on such issues, and <br />referrals to other legal service providers in Orange County, including Human Options' pro bono program. <br />Funding forthis program will be used to pay for a portion of the clinician's salary (.11 FTE) (previously funded by <br />this grant ending in 2021), the direct program supervisor's salary (.02 FTE), and the program manager salary (.02 <br />FTE). Funding for this program will also pay a portion of a new legal advocate's salary (.23 FTE), and the Legal <br />Advocacy program manager's salary (.02 FTE). Additionally, funds are requested for the following expenses: <br />mileage, program supplies, telephone, and client transportation assistance. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
