ELECTRICAL TRAINING PROGRAM <br />Hybrid Program <br />PROGRAM DESCRIPTION <br />The Electrical Training Program is designed to provide related training in the electrical trade that will give students the proper course work in safety, <br />Electrical Code, equipment, and knowledge of the trade. Instruction includes fundamentals of electricity and power distribution; basic trade <br />mathematics; national electrical code requirements; commercial, industrial, and residential wiring requirements, and other control theory and <br />fundamentals. offered fully on ground or hybrid. Upon completion of all requirements the student will be awarded a Certificate. <br />PROGRAM OBJECTIVES <br />This program will provide an overview of electrical occupations, includingthe training and the employment options available electrical industry.The <br />training will allow students the opportunity to train in a variety of settings in electrical trades and to develop leadership skills necessary for <br />managerial positions in the construction trades. <br />OCCUPATIONAL OBJECTIVES <br />The goal of this program is to prepare students for employment in any of the related areas of the electrical trade as an electrical trainee. This program <br />will provide an overview of electrical occupations, including training and employment options available in the following areas: Safety andOSHA <br />Standards, Electrical wiring, Residential wiring, Commercial and industrial wiring.
