It is hereby agreed that Section 11 — Who Is An Insured is amended to include as an additional insured the person(s) or organization(s) shown in the above Schedule, but only with respect to liability for "bodily injury', "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" caused, in whole or in part, by your acts or omissions or the acts or omissions of those acting on your behalf in the performance of your ongoing operations performed for the Additional Insured by or for you. This does not apply to "bodily injury', "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the sole negligence or willful misconduct of, or for defects furnished by the additional insured. As respects the coverage afforded the additional insured, this insurance is primary and non-contributory, and our obligations are not affected by any other insurance carried by such additional insured whether primary, excess, contingent, or on any other basis.
