If <br />project isn't in <br />Questica, project <br />must be added <br />according to User <br />Manual. <br />(*Only if the project <br />scope is <br />significantly <br />Existing Funding <br />> <br />Existing Project <br />(New FY OR Current FY) <br />Project Manager <br />(PM) doesn't enter <br />project in Questica. <br />Funds are rolled to <br />the next fiscal year <br />via the Carry <br />Forward process or <br />Use of Fund <br />Balance. <br />Any signficant <br />project changes <br />during the fiscal <br />year are to be <br />reviewed and <br />approved by City <br />Council.
