Proposal for creative services <br />THE SPECIFICS <br />Nathan T. Wright will write and illustrate two FOG -related projects featuring the FATBERG <br />character in collaboration with The City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency, including: <br />• A 10-page children's activity book, including back and front cover, coloring pages, <br />puzzles, mazes and word finds. <br />• A 12-episode sequential narrative comic strip (each strip is a full page). <br />YOUR INVESTMENT <br />Below is the proposed budget for my creative services. Each project will be invoiced in two <br />installments: 50% of the project total up front at project kick-off, and 50% after final client <br />approval and hand-off of digital art files. <br />Activity book $6,500 <br />Comic strip $7,000 <br />TIMELINE <br />Projects will be completed in 2022 according to the Public Works Agency needs and schedule. <br />PROCESS OUTLINE <br />1. Nathan and the Public Works Agency will kick off each project with joint brainstorming <br />sessions centered around subjects that need to be communicated and target audiences. <br />2. Nathan will work with the Public Works Agency's print production partner to determine file <br />size dimensions and specifics. <br />3. Nathan will propose rough scripts and sketches for client review, allowing for rounds of <br />feedback and changes. <br />4. Once rough scripts and sketches are approved, Nathan will move into the "polish" execution <br />stage. The work will then be reviewed with the client, allowing for rounds of feedback and <br />changes. <br />5. Upon final approval, Nathan will deliver digital art files to the Public Works Agency's print <br />production partner. <br />IMPORTANT LEGAL JARGON <br />Nathan T.
