The best value pricing for base or civil <br />work is obtained through this costing method. <br />Site work or new construction may include but is not limited to: removal and disposal of existing <br />sports surface, lighting, demolition, excavation, rock base aggregate, top rock, asphalt, concrete, <br />sidewalks, turf shock absorption underlayment such as a -layer or padding, tie in to existing drainage, <br />drainage systems, conduits, fencing, crack repair, asphalt repair, etc. which can be purchased through RS <br />MEANS. <br />RS MEANS is self-contained and consists of a tum-key solution that includes a complete line -item <br />listing of all the products, supplies, material, equipment, services, accessories and options with their <br />description, specification, terms, conditions and associated pricing for each item, sub -assemblies and/or <br />assemblies.
