The state may at its discretion recapture funds <br />obligated under this exhibit, if expenditure plans are not being met. <br />'------------------------------------------------------------- <br />PROGRAM NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this action is to initiate this Local Area's new <br />Program Year (PY) 2022-23 Workforce Innovation and <br />Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I subgrant agreement and to <br />incorporate WIOA Youth formula funding into Grant Code (GC) <br />301. The amount in GC 301 represents this Local Area's entire <br />Youth formula allocation for PY 2022-23. The term date for these <br />funds is April 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024. FAIN AA-38518-22- <br />55-A-6. The Local Area will operate the WIOA program in <br />accordance with the approved Workforce Innovation and <br />Opportunity Plan on file in the Central Office Workforce Services <br />Division of the Employment Development Department, P.O. Box <br />826880, MIC 50, Sacramento, CA 94280-0001. Note: By signing <br />this subgrant you agree to all of the Term and Conditions issued <br />by the Department of Labor for all WIOA funding for Program <br />Year (PY) 2022.
