Community Plan Exemption Checklist <br />City of Santa Ana Gary Avenue Business Park Project <br /> <br />93 <br />Operation <br />As described previously, the proposed Project would be accessed from a driveway along Garry Avenue. <br />The site would include vehicle and truck access. The design and permitting of the onsite circulation would <br />provide adequate and safe circulation. Because the Project is required to comply with all applicable City <br />codes, as verified by the City no new impacts related to inadequate emergency access would occur from <br />the Project. <br /> <br />Conclusion <br />With regards to the issue area of transportation, the following findings can be made: <br />1. No peculiar impacts to the Project or its site have been identified. <br />2. There are no potentially significant off-site and/or cumulative impacts which were not discussed by <br />the GPU EIR. <br />3.
