("Consultant'), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />c0 municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California <br />("City"). <br />0: GOTC,(NormgO./FAYimG A.)(DZ)6? RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2021-178 ("Agreement") dated September 9, 2021, to <br />retain Consultant to provide demographic analysis, census mapping, draft maps presentation, and <br />public outreach for the 2021-2022 City Council ward redistricting process. <br />B. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation to cover services <br />previously rendered. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2(a), Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total sum to be expended under the <br />term of the Agreement by $10,500 for a total annual amount not to exceed $60,500. <br />2.
