The authorized Payee(s) is/are as specified below: <br />Name: City of Santa Ana <br />Amount for 2019 and 2020: Z 15z74 <br />Plan: <br />Activity 6 — Operating a navigation center. <br />The City plans to close its current temporary shelter and open a permanent homeless <br />navigation center to operate year-round with 200 shelter beds for individuals, couples, <br />and families with children who are literally homeless in Santa Ana, with the ability to <br />scale up to 250 beds. The homeless navigation center and its supportive service <br />programs will be designed to provide a safe environment for those experiencing <br />homelessness on the streets of Santa Ana, and a pathway to transition into permanent <br />housing. During their stay, clients will be offered a robust package of supportive <br />services designed to transition them to permanent housing and cope with underlying <br />issues causing them to cycle through the system. 100 percent of the PHLA funds will be <br />allocated towards the operation of the homeless navigation center. <br />Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Program - Grant <br />NOFA Date: (RD 1) 02/26/2020, (RD 2) 05/03/2021 <br />Approved Date: 10/05/2020 <br />Prep.
