SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Type of Service: Sponsorship Agreement <br />Event: Fiestas Patrias Festival 2022 <br />Event Dates and Times: Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 12:00 pm. — 10:00 p.m. and Sunday, <br />September 18, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. <br />Sponsorship Agreement: <br />• Shopper Marketing Group, "SPONSOR", to provide the following: <br />o $7,500 in Sponsorship by providing the following: <br />■ Health Net RV Vendor <br />o For Festival booth participation on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 12:00 p.m.-10:00 <br />p.m. and Sunday, September 18, 2022 from 12:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. SPONSOR to provide the <br />City with the following: <br />■ SPONSOR must follow all exhibitor guidelines <br />■ SPONSOR must stay for the duration/entirety of the event. <br />• Shopper Marketing Group, "SPONSOR", to provide the following: <br />o $2,000 in Sponsorship by providing the following: <br />• Oscar Health Vendor <br />o For Festival booth participation on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 12:00 p.m.-10:00 <br />p.m. SPONSOR to provide the City with the following: <br />• SPONSOR must follow all exhibitor guidelines <br />■ SPONSOR must stay for the duration/entirety of the event. <br />0 The City of Santa Ana, "CITY", to provide the SPONSOR with the following: <br />■ Event booth space (1 Ox20) - Health Net <br />■ Logo on event promotional materials - Health Net <br />■ Logo on stage jumbotron - Health Net <br />■ Logo on stage sponsor banner - Health Net <br />• One (1) 1Ox10 canopies and five (5) tables - Health Net <br />■ Electrical outlet and lighting - - Health Net <br />• One (1) 1Oxl0 canopies and five (5) tables - Oscar Health <br />■ Electrical outlet and lighting - Oscar Health <br />
