<br />Robert Duffy has 42 years of experience in the construction industry
<br />performing inspection, contract administration and construction management
<br />duties on civil construction projects. Various projects were water related
<br />construction projects including pipelines, pump stations, pressure reducing
<br />stations, lift stations, storage and treatment facilities. They have included CIP
<br />retaining walls, box culverts and other reinforced concrete structures, drainage
<br />facilities, surface improvements and road construction working with both the
<br />public and private sectors.

<br />closeout phase services.
<br />Country Club Infiltration Project - Coronado, CA: Construction Inspector
<br />responsible for full-time, daily inspection of the work, the preparation of
<br />daily reports, photo documentation of site conditions, participation in change
<br />order resolution, attendance at progress review meetings, as requested,
<br />assistance with submittal review, review and monitor contractor's safety plan
<br />for compliance with Cal/OSHA, and review and monitor SWPPP requirements.
<br />Psomas was retained by the City of Coronado to provide construction
<br />administration and construction management support services in May of 2018.
<br />Third, Fourth, and I Avenue Storm Drain Project - Coronado, CA:
<br />Construction Inspector responsible for full-time, on -site field inspection during
<br />construction. Inspection services included inspecting project materials to
<br />verify compliance, attendance at pre -construction meeting, daily inspection
<br />reports, photographic and video documentation of pre -construction and post -
<br />construction project site conditions, and assistance with the preparation of
<br />project punch list.
<br />Padre Dam Municipal Water District - Santee, CA: District Construction
<br />inspector from 1992-2005. Inspected construction of miles of water
<br />transmission mains up to 60-inch CMLCSP; replacement of miles of wastewater
<br />mains up to 24 inch; sliplining of over three miles of 24 inch force main
<br />including connection to wastewater treatment plant; upgrades to influent lift
<br />station pumps, motors, switchgear, motor control center; upgrades to largest
<br />and most critical pump stations; and miles of private development water,
<br />recycled and wastewater facilities.
