<br />Andrew has a strong background in structural design and project = Professional
<br />management, leading the design of over 75 bridge projects, Engineer in California
<br />representing well over 100 individual bridges, including PS&E and 49671
<br />APS for both PSR and PR/EC documents. Andrew has served as a
<br />structural design manager on dozens of projects, including heading up
<br />the structural design team for some of imley-Horn's most structurally
<br />focused projects (1-5/Genesee Interchange, I-215Nan Buren Interchange Bridge, I-10/Sunset Avenue
<br />Interchange Grade Separation, 1-805/Palm Avenue Overhead). With 33 years of structural engineering
<br />experience, including six years as a Caltrans employee, his depth of experience runs the gamut
<br />from bridge widenings, seismic retrofits, and bridge repairs, to multi -structure interchanges and long
<br />aerial viaducts. In addition, he has led the design of numerous grade separations, underpasses, and
<br />overcrossings and is very familiar with coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies, including
<br />various Caltrans Districts,
