It was a pleasure to provide the ice <br />rink for the City last season and we welcome the opportunity to discuss the <br />upcoming 2022-23 winter ice rink further at your convenience. <br />We have included our general proposal below for discussion purposes and as a <br />framework for an agreement for services. Part One of the proposal includes our <br />exclusive Ice -World trademarked aluminum ice rink elements the ice rink dasher <br />boards, all necessary equipment and labor, as well as our other exclusive products <br />and experienced ice rink operations staffing. <br />Part Two of the proposal focuses on event enhancements, including marketing, <br />decorations, lighting, additional activities, a market, and food and beverage <br />components. All items are optional and can be selected or modified as requested. <br />The proposal is based on a service for fee model. The pricing shown is valid for the <br />project if we receive an event hold deposit of $50,000 upon execution of an initial <br />agreement, and enter into an additional agreement to receive the remaining balance <br />for a November -January seasonal ice rink.
