COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY

<br />x Firearms, Fireworks and Other Pyrotechnic Devices
<br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising from the ownership,
<br />maintenance, operation, sponsorship, set-up or take -down or other use of:
<br />1. Firearms, including handguns, revolvers, pistols, rifles, shotguns, air guns, semi -automatic
<br />weapons and similar devices;
<br />2. Fireworks, including firecrackers, Roman Candles, pinwheels skyrockets, ground displays, flares,
<br />smoke bombs and similar devices that produce, when Ignited or activated, sound, smoke, motion
<br />or a combination of these
<br />by any Insured or by any person for which any Insured may be held liable In any capacity.
<br />x_Gymnastics
<br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising from arising out of
<br />parkour, urban gymnastics, freestyle gymnastics, freestyle acrobatics and similar activities, Including
<br />but not limited to, wall runs, wall flips or wall spins_
<br />Inflatable Promotional Device
<br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the ownership,
<br />operation, maintenance or use of any "inflatable promotional device'; provided, however, this exclusion
<br />does not apply to "inflatable promotional devices" you do not own, operate, or maintain.
<br />_Injury or Death to Animals
<br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of injury or death to
<br />any animal.
<br />_Inverted Aerial Maneuver
<br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the attempt to
<br />perform or performance of any inverted aerial maneuver by a skier from a jump:
<br />1. Built by you or on your behalf; or
<br />2. Built on your premises with your permission or knowledge.
<br />_Mosh Pits
<br />"Bodily Injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of activity associated
<br />with or occurring in "mosh pits".
<br />_Object Propelled
<br />"Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of any object
<br />Propelled, projected, kicked or thrown, whether intentionally or unintentionally:
<br />1. Into the crowd by or at the direction of a "participant" or insured;
<br />2. By a "participant" or an insured during an event, including but not limited to any performer
<br />throwing objects, himself, herself or another person into the audience, backstage or side -stage
<br />area.
