The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2022-283 ("Agreement") dated September 27, 2022, to <br />a� retain a Speaker/Performer to provide co -emcee and Vietnamese language translation services at <br />® the City's Mid -Autumn Festival. <br />B. The Speaker/Performer's services contemplated by this Agreement have been performed. <br />C. Speaker/Performer was required to obtain insurance for the event at an additional cost. <br />D. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation term of the Agreement <br />to include the cost of insurance. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 5, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total sum to be expended under the term <br />of the Agreement by $143.25. The total Agreement shall not exceed amount $1,143.25. <br />2.
