Also address integrity) <br />The J.F. Berger House is architecturally significant as a characteristic example of the gable-and-wing variant of the Minimal <br />Traditional architectural style. The earliest records found for this residence show a series of occupants between 1953 -1965, <br />including J.F. Berger (1953-1955), A.L. Oliphant (1956-1959), and R.E. Stutz (1960-1965). Little information is available <br />regarding occupancy of the residence from the mid 1960s to the mid 1970s. In 1974, directories show that the property was <br />occupied by C.C.
