<br /> Unless otherwise stated,rates for rental of equipment cover only such time as equipment is actually used and no allowance will be made for idle time.

<br /> ADJUSTMENT IN COMPENSTATION DUE TO AGENCY ORDERED SUSPENSION OF WORK
<br /> 1. This Change Order Number 002 provides for an adjustment in compensation due to the Agency's
<br /> requested suspension of work. The Contractor requested material price escalations due to the
<br /> suspension of work are listed in Table No.1. Material price escalation information is attached to
<br /> this Change Order Number 002 to substantiate the Contractor's requested change in bid price.
<br /> This Change Order Number 002 does not adjust Time For Completion. No additional working
<br /> days are added as part of this Change Order Number 002.
