ARTICLE XV <br />15.0 TECHNOLOGY STIPEND <br />15.1 The City shall provide a seventy-five dollar ($75) per month Electronic Device Stipend <br />("Stipend") for those Association employees whose positions require the regular use of a <br />cell phone and/or tablet and who choose to use their own personal devices for business - <br />related conversations and activities. Effective the first day of the month following City <br />Council adoption of this MOU, the Stipend shall be one hundred dollars ($100) per <br />month. These employees may be eligible to receive a Stipend to compensate for business - <br />related costs incurred while using their individually -owned electronic devices. Eligibility <br />for the stipend requires the employee to return to the City any City issued electronic <br />device(s) for which the employee will be substituting their personal device. <br />43 <br />City Council 23 — 45 11/15/2022 <br />
