ARTICLE XVII <br />17.0 CONTROLLED PARKING AND TAKE HOME VEHICLE PRIVILEGES <br />17.1 Parking. The City shall provide non -sworn employees with free parking for personal <br />vehicles during on -duty hours in controlled parking facilities in the Civic Center area. <br />17.2 Take Home Vehicle. All employees in the classifications of Police Captain and Police <br />Lieutenant shall receive a City -owned and maintained vehicle for traveling between the <br />employee's residence and the Police Department or other business -related location, as <br />necessary in the performance of their duties. <br />45 <br />City Council 23 — 47 11/15/2022 <br />
