v <br />DEFAULTS, SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND AMENDMENTS <br />§501. Defaults <br />Should SUB -RECIPIENT fail for any reason to comply with the contractual <br />obligations of this Agreement within the time specified by this Agreement, the <br />CITY reserves the right to terminate the Agreement, reserving all rights under <br />state and federal law. <br />§502. Amendments <br />Any change in the terms of this Agreement, including changes in the services <br />to be performed by SUB -RECIPIENT and any increase or decrease in the <br />amount of compensation which are agreed to by the CITY and SUB - <br />RECIPIENT shall be incorporated into this Agreement by a written <br />amendment properly executed and signed by the person authorized to bind <br />the parties thereto. <br />SUB -RECIPIENT agrees to comply with all future CITY directives, or any <br />rules, amendments or requirements promulgated by the CITY affecting this <br />Agreement. <br />29 <br />
