TO PROVIDE STAGE <br />J AN O 5 2M, RENTAL SERVICES TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />OTZSAIL\� THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into December 20, 2022, by <br />Ft (V LA •rEMyF`(M` aad between Stage Plus, Inc., a California corporation. ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br />/ lcity and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2022-048 ("Agreement") dated April 5, 2022, to retain <br />Contractor to provide stage rental services for various large-scale events for the City's Parks, <br />Recreation, and Community Services Agency, <br />B. The Agreement is current and in -effect through March 31, 2025, <br />C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation of the Agreement to <br />accommodate additional City events for which Contractor's services are required. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2(a), Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total annual sum to be expended under <br />the term of the Agreement, including any extension periods, by $92,000 for a total annual amount not <br />to exceed $250,000. The new total Agreement not to exceed amount shall be $750,000, <br />2.
