<br /> Nuclear Energy 1. if the nuclear material:
<br /> (continued)
<br /> a. is at any nuclear facility owned by,or operated by or on behalf of,any
<br /> insured;
<br /> b. has been discharged or dispersed therefrom;or
<br /> C. is contained in nuclear spent fuel or nuclear waste at any time transported,
<br /> handled,stored,disposed of,processed,treated,possessed or used by or on
<br /> behalf of any insured;or
<br /> 2. in any way related to the furnishing by any insured of services,materials,parts or
<br /> equipment in connection with the planning,construction,maintenance,operation or
<br /> use of any nuclear facility.But if such facility is located within the United States of
<br /> America(including its possessions or territories)or Canada,this subparagraph 2.
<br /> applies only to nuclear property damage to such nuclear facility and any property
<br /> thereat.

<br /> s insurance does not apply to bodily injury,property damage,advertising injury or
<br /> personal injury arising out of the actual,alleged or threatened discharge,dispersal,seepage,
<br /> migration,release or escape of pollutants:
<br /> 1, at or from any premises,site or location which is or was at any time owned or
<br /> occupied by,or loaned or rented to,any insured;
<br /> 2. at or from any premises,site or location to which any insured has perfected their right
<br /> to possession,or which was at any time acquired by foreclosure,repossession or deed
<br /> in lieu of foreclosure by any insured;
<br /> 3. at or from any premises in any trust,guardianship or estate for which any insured is
<br /> currently,or did act in a fiduciary or representative capacity;
<br /> 4. at or from any premises,site or location which is or was at any time used by or for any
<br /> insured or others for the handling,storage,disposal,processing or treatment of waste;
<br /> 5. which are or were at any time transported,handled,stored,disposed of,processed or
<br /> treated as waste by or for any:
<br /> a. insured;or
<br /> b. person or organization for whom any insured may be legally responsible;or
<br /> 6. at or from any premises,site or location on which any insured or any contractor or
<br /> subcontractor working directly or indirectly on any insured's behalf is performing
<br /> operations,if the:
<br /> a. pollutants are brought on or to the premises,site or location in connection with
<br /> such operations by such insured,contractor or subcontractor;or
<br /> b. operations are to test for,monitor,clean up,remove,contain,treat,detoxify or
<br /> neutralize,or in any way respond to,or assess the effects of pollutants.
