Carvalho <br />ACTING CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Norma Orozco <br />Pursuant to Section 5 ("Extension Periods") of the above -referenced Lease Agreement, entered into by <br />RailWorks Track Services, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 1, 2022, the time period of the <br />Lease Agreement is hereby extended for up to six (6) additional one -month periods, from February 1, 2023 <br />through July 31, 2023. The parties agree that either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon <br />thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the other party. Any insurance certificates are required to be <br />extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
