JSURANCE NOT REQUIRED <br />WORK MAY PROCEED N-2022-209-01 <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: <br />�CQ ®� �o�� FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE <br />MEDIA SUPPORT SERVICES <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on December 28, <br />(A0 (0) 2022, by and between Dustin Lam ("Consultant'), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />(1nidS)(A�� municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2022-209, dated June 30, 2022, by which <br />Consultant agreed to provide media support services for Coinrcilmember Thai Viet Phan <br />("Agreement'). <br />B. The Agreement remains in effect through December 31, 2022. <br />C. The parties now wish to extend the term of the Agreement. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 3, Term, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2024. <br />2.
