Appendix <br />ATTACMdENT 1 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />CPFY OF SANTA ANA <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />FOR <br />ON -CALL COURT RESURFACING <br />RFP NO.22-123 <br />Scope: <br />To provide outdoor sports court resurfacing for the City of Santa Ana, Public Works, Parks <br />Department per the work specifications contained. <br />Location of the work: <br />• Adams Park: S Raitt Street, Santa Ana, 92704 <br />Basketball courts and four square courts <br />• Cabrillo Park: 1820 E Fruit Street, Santa Ana 92701 <br />Basketball courts, tennis courts, and pickleball overlay <br />• Portola Park: 1623-1501 Portola Street, Santa Ana 92705 <br />Tennis courts and pickleball overlay <br />• Sandpointe Park: 3700 S Birch Street, Santa Ana 92707 <br />Tennis courts and pickleball overlay <br />• Santiago Park: 2615 Valencia Street, Santa Ana 92706 <br />Tennis courts and pickleball overlay <br />Additional work services may be required for additional courts as funding becomes available. <br />Specifications: <br />• Grind or hydro blast court surface at 3,000 psi to remove all loose and flaking material down to a <br />tight surface <br />• Power wash court surface <br />• Patch cracks and spalls with Plexipave's court patch binder <br />• Cirind displacedareas on cracks so o H sides are fairly level <br />• Apply one coat of special primer at all areas repaired at approximately 5 gallons of undiluted <br />paint. <br />• Apply primer to the entire court surface <br />• Apply Sportmaster black acrylic resurfacer coat (or approved alternative) — 100% latex acrylic, <br />mixed with #60 silica <br />City Council city of Santa Ana i<r tjzzI14 2/7/2023 <br />Page Al-1 <br />
