Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />VENDOR INFORMATION: Tacos El Gringo <br />EVENT: Spring Fest <br />SERVICE DATE(S): March 25, 2023 <br />COMPENSATION DUE TO THE VENDOR: No Compensation <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />El Gringo Tacos will sell food to up to 500 Spring Fest participants. <br />The Set-up/teardown—the vendor will set-up at 9:OOam and tear down after 1:OOpm on the day <br />of the event. <br />Open Hours —Event will be held from 10:00am-1:OOpm. <br />The Vendor is not charging a fee nor will the city. <br />Please extend the agreement with this vendor through June 30, 2023. <br />
