I have examined the ATTACHMENT 1; SCOPE OF WORK. i am <br />familiar with all the existing conditions and limitation that may impact work requests. I <br />understand and agree that I am nMonsible for reporting any errors. ornisslons or discrepancies <br />to the Cdy for clarification prior to the submission of my proposal. <br />Proposer shall submit hourly rates schedule, which shall inctude but not limited to,direct <br />and indirect costs for labor, for staff per job classificatlon, material, equipment rates, <br />overhead, incidental supplies, travel, mileage, and fuel.
