To carry out this project, it will be necessary for you to relocate from your <br />dwelling at <<SITE ADDRESS>>. <br />You will not be required to move without at least 90 days advance written notice of the <br />day by which you must vacate. However, you can contact us at any time for assistance <br />with your move and to receive the benefits for which you are eligible. <br />This is a notice of eligibility for relocation assistance. The effective date of your eligibility, <br />known as the "initiation of negotiations", is <<INIT OF NEGOTIATIONS DATE>>. You are eligible <br />for relocation assistance and benefits under the Displacing Agency's Relocation Assistance Program. <br />Additional information about your benefits was previously provided to you in the Informational <br />Statement. You are eligible to receive the following benefits: <br />RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE provided by Overland, Pacific & Cutler, LLC (OPC), a <br />professional firm hired by the Displacing Agency to provide relocation assistance to you, such as <br />referrals to replacement housing and help with filing for benefits. <br />2. MOVING EXPENSES: You will receive a payment to assist in moving your personal property. <br />You may select one of the following payments: <br />A. A Fixed Moving Payment based on the number of rooms you occupy (from Informational <br />Statement). Your entitlement under this option for <<ROOM COUNT>> rooms is <br />$<<FIXED MOVING AMOUNT>>; or <br />B. A payment for your Actual Reasonable Moving and Related Expenses based on at least two <br />written estimates and receipted bills; or <br />C. A combination of both (in some cases). <br />3. REPLACEMENT HOUSING ASSISTANCE: You may receive the following financial assistance to <br />purchase or to rent replacement housing: <br />A. If you RENT replacement housing, you may file a claim for a RENTAL ASSISTANCE payment, <br />equal to the difference between the monthly rent and utilities necessary to rent a comparable <br />replacement dwelling (as determined by the Displacing Agency) and the base monthly rent, <br />City Council 25 — 36 4/4/2023 <br />
