EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The Scope of Services is to provide janitorial services of Street Furniture located within the <br />boundaries of the City of Santa Ana. <br />Comprehensive Service Program <br />Upon signing the Agreement, Company shall implement a comprehensive service program <br />which shall consist of janitorial services at specified City bus stops. Specified bus stops shall be <br />serviced two (2) days per week. <br />Maintenance Service Costs <br />Bus stops shall be serviced at the rate of $6.60 per visit. Bus stops shall be serviced at a not -to - <br />exceed total annual cost of $125,000 per year or $31,250 for each quarter. The annual and <br />quarterly costs were calculated by multiplying the number of specified bus stops by the $6.60 <br />cost per visit. Company shall bill the City on a monthly basis after services are performed. <br />Invoices shall include the bus stop number, the date the bus stop was serviced, and the services <br />performed. <br />Specified Bus Stops <br />Up to one -hundred and eighty-two (182) bus stops shall be serviced. Company shall <br />recommend, and City, at its sole discretion, shall approve the list of bus stops prior to <br />service implementation, and any subsequent modification. Said stops shall be serviced <br />two (2) days per week, one (1) of which shall be a weekend day. <br />Safety <br />Company shall be solely responsible for employing appropriate safety measures <br />and taking all other actions reasonably necessary to protect the life, health, and <br />safety of the public when it has notice of potential safety hazards that exist at the <br />Site Areas that are subject to this Agreement. <br />Janitorial Services (Cleaning) <br />a. The Company shalt furnish all labor, materials, water, equipment, clean-up, <br />disposal, and services required to perform the services set forth herein. <br />b. Company shall be responsible for perforiming the following cleaning activities <br />with each visit to the Site Area: <br />1. At each Site Area, the Company shall unlock and open trash container. <br />Empty and replace the trash bag in each trash receptacle and properly <br />dispose of all debris, trash, and other associated undesirable items from the <br />
