("Contractor"), and the City <br />of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2018-275 ("Agreement') dated December 4, <br />2018, to retain a qualified contractor to provide water system computer modeling and <br />engineering services, including the design and creation of a water system computer model. <br />B. On November 4, 2021, the parties executed the sole two (2) year extension. Therefore, the <br />Agreement is in full force and effect through December 3, 2023. <br />C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation under the <br />Agreement due to an unanticipated increase in volume of development plan submittals. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2.a., Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total amount to be <br />expended under the term of the Agreement by $50,000. The total not -to -exceed amount of the <br />Agreement shall be $200,000. <br />2.
