Bicycle Helmets - Helmets to be distributed at no cost during bicycle rodeos and other bicycle safety related <br />events. Cost per helmet not to exceed an average price of $15, including shipping, handling and tax. More <br />expensive helmets may be purchased if approved by OTS. <br />Pedestrian/Bicycle Safety Items - Cost may include reflective arm and leg bands, tape, zipper pulls, bicycle <br />headlights/taillights, and reflectors to be distributed at no cost during bicycle rodeos, presentations, <br />workshops, trainings, and community events to increase safety and visibility.
