We have attached sample insurance certificates, which <br />are already in place with, and previously accepted by, the City of Santa Ana. Our endorsement <br />reads “City of Santa Ana, its officers and employees”. The proposed contract requests this to <br />read “City of Santa Ana, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives”. <br />However, agents, volunteers, and representatives could literally be anyone, and are too broad to <br />qualify as persons or organizations to whom Additional Insured status would extend. <br />5150 E.
