4 | February 28, 2023 | David Evans and Associates, Inc. <br />Proposal to provide <br />Landscape Architectural Design Services for 10th and Flower Park — RFP No. 22-124 <br />Organizational Chart <br />Key Staff <br />Heath Habig | Project Manager: Heath is a senior landscape architect with 26 years of <br />landscape architectural design experience at all phases of the project delivery process <br />including schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction <br />support. Heath has worked on a wide variety of projects during his career and continues to pull <br />from this experience on city parks, trails, streetscapes, single family housing developments, <br />senior living facilities and commercial sites. He is an experienced project manager and is <br />currently working on the design efforts on Standard and McFadden Park for the City. <br />Availability: 40% <br />Kim Rhodes | Principal-in-Charge: Kim is a California registered, award-winning landscape <br />architect, client manager, and vice president with DEA. For the past 37 years, she has been <br />responsible for landscape architectural design and management on numerous projects, <br />including design and planning for parks, trails, streetscapes / roadways, sports facilities, <br />transportation corridors, structure aesthetics, schools and universities, commercial, residential, <br />and industrial developments. She worked with City staff on both the Memory Lane and <br />Mariposa Park projects, and was instrumental in preparing award-winning submittals for <br />Memory Lane Park. She currently assists with QA/QC on Standard and McFadden Park <br />for the City. Availability: 20% <br />Todd Holmes | Public Outreach: Todd is a California licensed landscape architect with <br />extensive experience in the public sector throughout Southern California. For the past 34 <br />years, he has been responsible for the design and management of a wide variety of projects <br />including neighborhood and community parks, trails, campgrounds, streetscapes, restroom <br />facilities and recreation centers. Todd was also involved in the public outreach efforts on <br />Standard and McFadden Park for the City. Availability: 25% <br />Given our prior success <br />with park design with the <br />City, our team includes <br />Heath Habig, PLA as project <br />manager and Kim Rhodes, <br />PLA as principal in charge/ <br />quality manager. Assisting <br />them will be a team of <br />landscape architects, <br />park planners, designers, <br />irrigation specialists, civil <br />engineers, and hydrologists <br />from DEA. We have also <br />included subconsultants <br />to provide geotechnical <br />services, surveying, <br />electrical/lighting design, <br />and skate park design if <br />needed. <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 17 – 27 5/2/2023
