<br />Orange County, Santa Ana serves as the County seat.

<br />infrastructure requirements such as water, sewer and storm
<br />drain rehabilitation and improvements; sidewalks, bike paths,
<br />curb and gutter replacement; pave m ent/roadway
<br />improvements; neighborhood traffic improvements; landscape
<br />and irrigation; parks and recreation design; grant application
<br />development; environmental and planning; mapping and legal
<br />description development, construction management and

<br />Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. In addition to planning, design, and construction
<br />management projects, our team developed innovative inspection and assessment procedures for
<br />reservoirs and pipelines, performed assessment of large diameter pipelines, and recently designed
<br />several pump station replacement and renewal projects.
<br />In Southern California, Kleinfelder provides as -needed engineering services for several municipal
<br />clients, including the Ontario Municipal Utilities Company, Irvine Ranch Water District, Carlsbad
<br />Municipal Water District, Cities of Oceanside, Long Beach, San Diego, Los Angeles, Counties of
<br />Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, and others. Through our as -needed design contracts, Kleinfelder
<br />has developed a proven track record of delivering high -quality projects on time and under budget as
<br />exemplified by our 2020 American Council of Engineering Companies (ACES) Award Winning Naval
<br />Base Coronado Coastal Campus Sewer Force Main Project. This project was designed, permitted,
<br />bid, and constructed within 18 months of notice to proceed to meet the City of Coronado and the US
<br />Navy requirements.
<br />The City can be assured the Kleinfelder team, led by Project Manager / Principal Agent, Dany Hanna,
<br />PE, will provide cost-effective, operation and maintenance -friendly design solutions in consideration of
<br />life cycle costs with efficient resource allocation. Mr. Hanna has a successful history of overseeing
<br />large public agency contracts and on -calls with numerous task orders occurring simultaneously. He
<br />understands the need for continuous communication to exceed your expectations and a sense of
<br />urgency to provide qualified and committed individuals for successful completion of the work on time
<br />and within budget. Mr. Hanna's experience will provide a host of integrated asset management,
<br />maintainability, and constructability insights to the contract.
