This budget consists of the AJCC Partner's costs for the service delivery of each applicable career service indicated in the Santa Ana AJCC Partner Services. b. Required Consolidated Budget for the Delivery of "Applicable Career Services": The other system costs budget must be a consolidated budget for applicable career services. This budget must include each of the Partner's costs for the service delivery of each applicable career service and a consolidated system budget for career services applicable to more than one Partner as indicated in the Comprehensive Cost Allocation and Partner Conrributions. AJCC Partners understand that while only collocated Partners share infrastructure costs, at this time, all AJCC Partners must share in other System costs through non -cash (in -kind) contributions as set forth herein. 17. DATA SHARING Parties agree that the use of high -quality, integrated data is essential to inform decisions made by policymakers, employers, and job seekers. Additionally, it is vital to develop and maintain an integrated case management system, as appropriate, that informs customer service throughout customers' interaction with the integrated system and allows information collected from customers at intake to be captured once. Parties further agree that the collection, use, and disclosure of customers' Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is subject to various requirements set forth in Federal and State privacy laws. Partners acknowledge that the execution of this MOU, by itself, does not function to satisfy all of these requirements, nor that disclosure of such data is legally authorized under Federal and State privacy laws. For all data that is legally authorized to be shared, including customer PII, collected, used, and disclosed by Partners will be subject to the following: a Customer PII will be properly secured in accordance with the SAWDB's policies and procedures regarding the safeguarding of PII; h The collection, use, and disclosure of customer education records, and the PII contained therein, as defined under FERPA, shall comply with FERPA and applicable State privacy laws; c All confidential data contained in Unemployment Insurance wage records must be protected in accordance with the requirements set forth in 20 CFR part 603; d All personal information contained in Vocational Rehabilitation records must be protected in accordance with the requirements set forth in 34 CFR 361.38; e.
